Chicken Parmesan with homemade ragu

Slice a large chicken breast in half for two servings. Coat in milk and breadcrumb, flour mixture. Fry in olive oil/ butter combo till just done. Make homemade sauce saute garlic, sweet onion till just soft and can of roasted whole tomatoes, one cup chicken bouillon, 1/2 cup red wine, basil , adobe salt to taste. Cook till thick. Coat bottom of casserole with sauce , lay cooked chicken breasts on top. Layer with mozzarella, parmesan and a bit more sauce. Bake at 350 till just bubbling. Enjoy! ( you could cook some pasta on the side or eat as is, with some french bread or garlic bread!)
