Grilled Swordfish with Salsa Verde. Very easy, chop capers, dried seaweed( soaked in water) flat leaf parsley, one teaspoon of anchovie paste or one anchovy chopped fine, extra virgin olive oil,red pepper flakes salt , pepper. Let meld in frig for a bit.. then smother your favorite grilled white fish!

Plum Semi freddo
Plum Semi-Freddo.. so easy to make, can use any fruit you like. Recipe in July Bon-Appetite.. definitely a keeper! Great mid day treat or for company, worth the effort!
