Swordfish

Grilled Swordfish with Salsa Verde. Very easy, chop capers, dried seaweed( soaked in water) flat leaf parsley, one teaspoon of anchovie paste or one anchovy chopped fine, extra virgin olive oil,red pepper flakes salt , pepper. Let meld in frig for a bit.. then smother your favorite grilled white fish!
