Made shrimp tortellini`s and saffron pasta from scratch ( roll out with a rolling pin), shrimp was diced and flavored with seafood seasoning, add Parmesan, boiled tortellinis and threw into pan with Alfredo sauce (pick your favorite jar sauce), boiled pasta separately, mixed and served
Ben is so creative to make homemade pasta in the middle of the week, what a nice way to make a simple meal something special!!
